About Nicole Rodda
Accredited Practising Dietitian & Nutritionist
Melbourne, Australia
I am an Accredited Practising Dietitian and a member of Dietitian’s Australia. I have completed a Bachelor degree in Food and Nutrition Sciences with a Major in Food Science and a Master of Dietetics from Deakin University. I have also completed the Monash University Low FODMAP Diet course.

I am able to assist clients with a wide variety of conditions. I have a particular interest in gastrointestinal disorders such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Constipation, Coeliac Disease and Diverticular disease, as well as General Healthy Eating, Diabetes (pre diabetes, type 1, type 2 and gestational diabetes), Cholesterol Management and Weight Management.
I believe in establishing a positive relationship with food and understand first-hand how complicated that relationship can be. I am at risk of anaphylaxis to several foods and understand how a restricted diet can affect many aspects of your life. I have great empathy for clients requiring specific diets and can provide relevant support and recommendations for different conditions. My aim is to ensure that you are able to enjoy the foods you love, whilst also reaching your health goals.
