I am an Accredited Practising Dietitian and a member of Dietitian’s Australia. I have completed a Bachelor degree in Food and Nutrition Sciences with a Major in Food Science and a Master of Dietetics from Deakin University. I have also completed the Monash University Low FODMAP Diet course.
I strongly believe in establishing a positive relationship with food and understand first-hand how complicated that relationship can be. I am at risk of anaphylaxis to several foods and understand how a restricted diet can affect many aspects of your life. I have great empathy for clients requiring specific diets and can provide relevant support and recommendations for different conditions .
Outside of work, I love all things to do with the beach, creating allergy friendly cakes and spending time with family and friends.
I am able to assist clients with a wide variety of conditions. I have a particular interest in food allergies and intolerances, gastrointestinal disorders such as irritable bowel syndrome, constipation, coeliac disease and diverticular disease, as well as healthy eating and weight management.
